Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars Ingredients:
- 1 stick of butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 1 box of yellow cake mix (whatever brand you like!)
- 1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips (if you want to get adventurous you can swap the chocolate chips for mint chips, cinnamon chips, etc.)
Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Begin by melting your butter in a bowl. Allow the butter to cool slightly, then crack the eggs and whisk them together with the butter. Add the cake mix to the egg and butter mixture. Once those ingredients have been combined, add in your chocolate chips (or whatever kind of chips you have chosen) and stir until everything is incorporated. Finally, grease a 9×13″ pan and press the mixture into the pan. Bake it for approximately 20 minutes. Then, dig in and enjoy!
