Save money by grooming your dog with a DIY Dog Grooming Table

Are you wondering how to make a pet grooming table? There are several inexpensive ways to make one! For example, you can use a small, sturdy table as a cheap dog grooming table. You may need to add a rubber mat to the top of the table so your dog does not slide around. However, you will need to make or purchase a grooming arm to clip onto your dog’s collar. The grooming arm helps keep your dog safely on the grooming table.

Another option is to create a DIY dog grooming table. To do this, you will need approximately 8 2X4’s cut to the most ideal height for you and your dog. You will also need 2 full sized 2X4’s and 2 sheets of plywood cut to whatever size you want them to be. You will also need a rubber mat and staples or a strong glue. Did you know you can make do it yourself dog wash? You can and it will probably save you money! Just shred 4 tablespoons of unscented castile soap with a grater (you could also opt to use 3 tablespoons of the liquid unscented version of castile soap). Next, add 4 cups of hot water to the soap. Mix everything together with a spoon until the solids have dissolved. Then, add 1 cup of white vinegar or apple cider vinegar. Pour the mixture into a bottle to store it. Shake it together before each use.
