Restaurant Freebies List – Free Food for Birthdays + More

I cannot tell you how many emails I have received in the past, for my birthday (and my children and husband, starting a few weeks prior) for FREE Food at restaurants for my daughter. I’ve got so many printable coupons and offers for Free Food for my birthday, there was no way we used them all – but it’s nice to have quite the selection!

If you haven’t already signed up with your favorite restaurants, I thought this was the perfect time for me to repost our HUGE restaurant freebies list with some of our faves below that give FREE food and menu items, as well as other goodies just for signing up for their emails! There are even some programs that allow you to sign up for anniversaries, weddings, and even for every member in your house.

• Abuelo’s : Free dessert for your birthday
• Amato’s : Free large Amato’s original 9″ cheese pizza or a cheese pazzo bread. (located on the East Coast)
• Arby’s Birthday Club : When you sign up, they send you a coupon for free food, including a Free 12 oz Shake!
• Auntie Anne’s : Every month they send you a coupon via email for a Freebie! You can also get lots of Freebies throughout the year too!
• Atlanta Bread Company : Free Cookie on your birthday
• Baskin – Robbins : Join their birthday club and receive a FREE 2.5 oz. scoop of ice cream on your birthday! You will also get special offers throughout the year plus a sneak peek at new Baskin-Robbins® flavors and treats before they go public. They will also send you coupons for their yummy ice cream cakes too!
• BD’s Mongolian Grill : Free Stir Fry Dinner
• Brio Italian Grille : Free filet and crab shrimp cake
• Buffalo Wild Wings : Free Dessert
• Bucca Di Beppo : Sign up for the eClub and Get a FREE DESSERT , a FREE APPETIZER of your choice on your birthday and a SPECIAL OFFER on your anniversary! Also Receive other exclusive eClub offers totaling as much as $150 in discounts a year!
• Burger King : Rewards, Offers & Coupons. They also have a great Kids Club too!
• California Pizza Kitchen : Get $5.00 off your next visit when you join. I am still waiting to see what the birthday freebie is. Plus, they also have a Kids birthday (for ages 10 and under) program too!
• Captain D’s : Get a Free 2 piece fish & fries or chicken & fries when you sign up. And then for your birthday, get your choice of a 2 piece fish dinner, fish & shrimp dinner, or season tilapia dinner.
• Carrabbas Italian Grill : Free dessert with purchase of an entree
• Caribou Coffee : Free medium drink of your choice
• Chevy’s : Free entree
• Chili’s : Free brownie sundae. You can also get Free Chips & Queso when you sign up.
• Cold Stone Creamery : Free cold stone creation on your birthday
• Country Kitchen : Free dinner entree (up to $8)
• Dairy Queen Crew Club : Join their crew club and receive a Free cone. Plus, get a DQ Blizzards Buy 1, Get 1 Free coupon – as well as several coupons throughout the year.
• Denny’s : Free Grand Slam Breakfast
• Dippin’ Dots : Get a Free small cup of Dippin’ Dots in the month of your birthday!
• Einstein Bros Bagels : Get a Free breakfast sandwich with purchase of a drink
• Famous Dave’s BBQ : Get a Free dessert with purchase of an entree
• Fazoli’s : Free dessert. My girls absolutely love their fettuccine alfredo noodles!
• Friendly’s : Free single cone with any purchase. Their ice cream is so yummy!
• Fuddruckers : Free 1/3 lb Burger on your Birthday (when you buy an entree of equal or higher value) and specials throughout the year for joining Fudds Club.
• Hooter’s : 10 Free wings – Dine in only. The girls are not included 😛
• Houlihans : Free entree of your choice (up to $15). I just love this restaurant, and all the great freebies/coupons I get each month from them via email! I think this is my FAV. freebie on the list!
• IHOP : Free meal when you sign up, Free meal on your birthday, and a Free meal on the anniversary of signup!
• Jack in the Box : Free chocolate overload cake, New York cheesecake, or 5 piece mini churros.
• Jason’s Deli : Get a coupon for $5.00 off any item
• Joe’s Crab Shack : Receive a Free Appetizer for your birthday. I just love their coconut shrimp!
• Logan’s Roadhouse : Free Nutter Butter Fudgeslide with any entree purchase. They usually have some pretty good coupons in our circulars each month.
• Longhorn Steakhouse : Complimentary appetizer for joining; free dessert for your birthday. You’ll also be the first to receive all the latest news and special offers straight to your inbox.
• Maggie Moo’s : Get a Free Kids Size Cone on your birthday
• Marble Slab Creamery : Get a Free Ice Cream Cone (regular size)
• Marie Callender’s : Receive a $5.00 coupon AND a Free slice of pie. Yum!
• McAlister’s Deli : Receive a $5.00 coupon to use on any item of your choice!
• Melting Pot : Receive a Free Chocolate Fondue for two when you sign up! Also sends you coupons for anniversary and birthday!

• T. G. I. Fridays : Free appetizer for signing up and a Free Burger for your birthday. I also receive coupons throughout the year on appetizers, desserts, etc. 
• Waffle House : Receive a Free Waffle.
• Weinerschniztel’s : Get a Free Corn Dog on your birthday, and a Free Chili Dog when you sign up for their “Wiener Lover’s Club”
• Wendy’s : Not a freebie, but still a good discount ~ Get a $1.00 off any premium combo.
• ZAXBY restaurant : Join the Zaxby club and receive 1 free meal deal. You will receive your welcome message and coupon for one FREE Meal Deal within 24 hours, so make sure you check your inbox. This coupon comes by email in approx 48 hours and expires one week from when it’s sent so don’t let it expire before you use it.

• Barnes & Noble : Children get a Free cupcake or cookie at their cafe.
• Chuck E. Cheese : If you sign up for their club, they will send you coupons galore! And for your child’s birthday, 20 Free Tokens! Our youngest daughter loves this place! She always says “Chuck E Cheese FUN!!!” She will be 2 this month.
• Dave & Buster’s : They will usually send you a Gift Card to use on their games and sometimes a coupon on their food too. We finally took our girls there this Spring, and they loved it!
• Disney Movie Reward’s : On your birthday, they will send you 100 Points! Don’t miss all our posts here!
• Sonic : Free Wacky Pack (kid’s meal) for their birthday. You also receive the news on their “awesome” kids meal toys. Yes, I know they are pretty lame!
• The Children’s Place : Get some incredible coupons, including 15% off to use on and throughout the year. You can submit up to 5 children per household/email.
• Toys “R” Us : Sign your child up for Geoffrey’s Birthday Club and he’ll receive a birthday card and surprise gift each year. Plus, he’ll also receive an invitation to come into the store for a special birthday experience. My girls just love getting their card and $3 Gift Certificate each year 😀 Plus, they always send us 2 toy catalogs during the holidays too!
