I get a lot of questions about how I write up my grocery list each week. There is no right or wrong way to do it – but one thing is very important: menu planning. I always write down the days of the week, and list what’s for lunch/dinner for each day. Of course, you don’t have to have tacos on Tuesday, but it gives your family some options for what they can enjoy at meal time. As a mommy of two little ones, and wife to a very hungry Ironworker, you can imagine that eating the same thing each week, can get a little boring and repetitive. That is why I love ReadySetEat!
