I’m not sure if you know but vinegar is one of nature’s best cleaning products and can save you lots of money on household cleaning products. I use vinegar several ways around the house from cleaning the dishwasher and making window cleaner to drinking an apple cider vinegar and honey concoction, which is said to help with digestion and joint health.

Over the weekend I found this great video that details 10 frugal uses for vinegar around the house! Below are 10 ways to use vinegar around the house:

1. Clogged drain? Use vinegar and baking soda to unclog your drain.

2. Remove sticky tape residue with vinegar.

3.  Does your trash can stink? Soak a piece of bread with vinegar and place in garbage can overnight to remove the stench.

4. Make your own all-purpose cleaner with vinegar, water and dish soap.

5. Remove fruit flies by placing apple cider vinegar on the counter to trap the flies.

6. Remove wrinkles from clothing!

7. Stop a cat scratching your furniture with vinegar!

8. Keep cut flowers fresher longer by adding apple cider vinegar to the vase.

9. Clean your glasses with white vinegar.

10. Clean hard to clean pots and pans by boiling vinegar and water in them!
