Dale Shea has been a certified Pilates instructor through the Physical Mind Institute since 2001. She also holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from The George Washington University. For the past 10 years she has utilized her education and dance background to build her own Pilates studio.

My Review
Although I am not currently pregnant, I know that exercising is extremely beneficial before, during and after having your new bundle of joy. For women that are pregnant, during weeks 1 thru 40, this DVD is definitely what you’ve been looking for.
With clear cueing and easy to follow exercises, you’ll be shaping up in no time! And with 4 seperate workouts, a warm up and cool down there’s no way you’ll get bored. I really enjoyed the informative video, and learned several new ways to try out pilates for the first time.
I would highly recommend watching this video or buying one for someone who is pregnant 😀 Its nice to know that you aren’t alone and it feels alot better watching a pregnant woman showing you what to do, rather than someone who is not experiencing the same.
