Are you missing our updates on Facebook? If you haven’t manually changed anything on your newsfeed in the past week, it’s likely that you are missing out on much more than you realize!
Last week, Facebook rolled out one of many new changes to the way posts are shared in your newsfeed. They really do love to change it up on us, don’t they? There are also more new changes coming….goodness, I wish they’d just leave it alone! Like they say…if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! 😀
The newest update has Facebook automatically selecting posts that it thinks you will like most and marking it as a “Top Story” while pushing all other updates to the very bottom. As a result, you’re likely not only missing out on new posts from your friends, but posts from Frugal Fabulous Finds and your other favorite pages on Facebook! Even I was missing my own updates and only seeing the Top Stories that Facebook thought I liked! Ummm, yeah, not nice…not even close. Thankfully, there’s a quick & easy way to fix this!
Here’s how to fix the new Facebook News Feed Change:
*Set a friend or page as a Top Story
That’s it! Now everytime that page or friend posts an update Facebook will automatically mark it as a top story and move it to the top of your feed.
