As a mommy of two young girls, and a wife to a hard working husband…I am always on the lookout for healthy, wholesome and filling meals for my family. When you think of healthy and wholesome, the last thing you would think of is a frozen burrito!!! But to my pleasant surprise, I have found an incredibly delicious, healthy, very wholesome, and YES, frozen burrito from Red’s All Natural.
About Red’s All Natural
Red’s All Natural is a company that specializes in burritos. This isn’t your typical burrito; in 18 minutes you can have a 100% gourmet Burrito experience. Mike, the founder of Red’s All Natural, is a lifelong foodie and has always been searching for the best meal; amazing taste, filling, and highly nutritious. Finally, after tasting his wife’s burrito recipe, Mike knew he had found the solution… and his trusty mutt, Red, agreed, Mike likes his burritos big and all-natural; a meal, not a snack. We hope you do, too:
We love burritos and we make the best burrito, period. Our burritos have heaping portions of the highest quality ingredients including all natural turkey, chicken, and steak, beans, veggies, corn, brown rice and our secret goods, all wrapped together in the perfect tortilla.

Red’s All Natural has a killer burrito – but don’t take their word for it. They want you to try them for yourself. Flavors? You got it: Turkey Mole’ Burrito, Chicken Burrito, Steak Burrito, and the Bean & Rice Burrito.

What’s the best way to cook a Red’s All Natural Burrito? Well, that depends on the season:
- Fall – Thaw, then pop in oven for 15 – 20 minutes at 400’ while football is on (remember to put a little non-stick on the baking sheet.)
- Winter – Depending on where you live it might be cold so just microwave for 3 minutes a side or less if you have a good microwave then get back in bed.
- Spring – Thaw, then pop on a Panini press for 5-10 minutes on medium while you stare out the window admiring the melting snow.
- Summer– Thaw, spray one side of your Burrito with non-stick then pop on your grill at medium heat for about 7 minutes a side. Grill temps vary big time, so watch out you don’t burn the tar out of your Red’s Burrito, cook up dozens with your friends.

My Thoughts
For this particular review, Red’s All Natural sent my family and I a t-shirt, button, sticker AND an entire case of burritos (a total of 10 with 2 steak, 2 chicken, 3 bean and rice, and 3 turkey mole) to try out and host our very own “burrito party”. For our party, we invited our a couple of our good friends and their girls’ over for dinner one evening. We served chips w/salsa and queso dip, Spanish rice, refried beans, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream and of course Red’s All Natural burritos – we made all but 2 of them (in the oven).
I was the only one brave enough to try out the Turkey Mole burrito, which was really good. I suppose there is just something that doesn’t sound quite right when you think of Mexican food and turkey meat…but I was very surprised by how good it tasted. Then each of us took turns trying out the chicken, steak and of course the bean/rice burritos as well. We all agreed that the steak, was by far the best one ~ it had the best “kick”, and the ingredients inside (healthy veggies, rice, and meat) were filled to the brim.
The burrito itself is incredibly BIG and reminds you of one that you would find at a restaurant! And the ingredients were all incredibly delicious – corn, black beans, onions, peppers, brown rice and of course the meat. I would highly recommend trying out Red’s All Natural burritos! Not only are they healthy, and all natural, but your entire family will love them! I just wish they were available at more grocery stores in our area – that is my only complaint 😛
