As an educator and a parent of two young girls, I am always on the look out for NEW and interactive ways to teach young children. I am very proud to say that both my daughters have a passion for learning – they love puzzles, books, flash cards and of course anything that has to do with education. And now we have an incredible product that has brought all of those things together called Teach My!

Teach My, is an award winning educational toy/product for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. No need to spend hundreds of dollars going to several stores buying individual teaching tools, Teach My kits provide everything necessary for early childhood learning, all in a portable and storable case. I was provided with the Teach My Toddler kit (designed for 18 months – 3 years) and I have to say that I absolutely love it! It has been about two years since I stepped into a classroom, so having this kit reminded me of all of the wonderful things I could start teaching daily with my oldest who is 27 months (and youngest who is 9.5 months old).

The Teach My Toddler kit includes learning tools for the following: the alphabet, numbers, shapes & colors. Each section is labeled within the storable case and it came with: a poster, a puzzle, flash cards and a book, which all coordinate with one another (see pic below). There is also a parents guide that helps you plan for how long (about 20 minutes) and when you should teach your little one.

Here is my daughter, Destin (see pics below) doing the letter puzzle, reading the book, and looking at the flashcards…I am just amazed at how quickly she is learning her letters!

We went from only knowing a couple in the beginning, and now a few weeks later she can recognize almost all of them. She also now knows ALL of her colors and ALL of her shapes! There were a few colors though, that we noticed were missing (black & white). Her favorite “section” would have to be the colors and the color puzzle (which is matching crayons).

I absolutely LOVE that she enjoys doing this everyday, and I can definitely say that having this product has made a tremendous impact on my daughter’s learning 🙂

They also have the Teach My Baby (designed for 6 – 18 months) – I just love the little finger puppets!

I was very surprised to learn that you can buy the Teach My kits at several stores online, like Walmart and Babies R Us, too! All of the Teach My sets sell for $49.99 each, which is definitely worth the buy!
