When I was little, I remember one of my favorite toys was a doll that I would take on every adventure with me. Little minds have big adventures, and I recall having many with my doll. We would dress the same, travel to far off places, and even get into trouble together. All of these memories really have me excited, because I was given the opportunity to create a My Twinn doll for my daughter. These handcrafted dolls are absolutely beautiful and will instantly become your child’s new playmate.
About My Twinn
My Twinn is the Just Like Me Doll! This is a handcrafted gift that is as unique and as individual as you! Artisans create each My Twinn Doll one at a time, like a fine work of art. You can view several videos on YouTube to see how these dolls are created.
The Product {I created}
When you decide to create a doll with My Twinn, there is a lot of time and detail that you must consider. The first step is to decide the following: skin color, eye color and hair color (as shown below). I chose fair skin, brown eyes, and dark blonde hair, which is how my daughter looks.
Once you have finished that step, you have to decide on the style of hair you want. You can choose from how short/long, if its wavy/curly, if its in braids/ponytail, etc. I chose long straight hair with a slight wave, which is what my daughter’s hair type is like.
Then, you get to choose an outfit for your doll. I chose the flower outfit, which has the doll dressed in jeans and a long sleeve shirt. Once you have all those details decided, then you have the option to add freckles, birthmarks or moles to your doll. You can even choose where they go by filling out a sheet and sending it to the company! My daughter does not have any freckles, so I did not complete this option. But for anyone who has a little girl with those features ~ that is simply an amazing option to have! You truly can make your doll look EXACTLY like your child!
The final step in creating your doll is the best part…you get to submit up to three photos of your child via online/mail, for the Artists to create an absolute replica of your child.
The hardest part (for me) was just waiting to receive the doll…which took about three weeks. Would you like to see the finished result???

I am not completely convinced that they are identical, but I know that my daughter will be absolutely delighted to receive a new best friend to play with. There is nothing sweeter than seeing the joy of a child’s face on Christmas morning…which is why I am waiting to give this incredible doll to my daughter until then. I can’t wait to share with you all what she thinks 😀
My entire experience with My Twinn has been wonderful! From creating the doll, to receiving the doll, and even getting a voucher to order matching accessories/clothes for my daughter! I would highly recommend this company to any family who wants a truly personalized toy for their child. I do want to mention though, that this doll is very expensive (over $140). So if you do want to get one, it is an investment and one that I would suggest doing some research on for coupon codes and checking out their site for current sales HERE
