My Thoughts
I was very happy to hear that the creators of this program are honest about every child being different, and note that not this solution may or may not meet the needs your family is looking for. I was also surprised that the audio was only about 35 minutes long, and was very easy to listen to.
After listening to this program, I can definitely say that I feel more confident in getting both my daughters to go to sleep and stay asleep throughout the night. This program is definitely one that can be applied for children ages infant through pre-kindergarten. Both of my daughters are very different, and I know that the same technique won’t work the same. Our oldest, who is 3 years old, likes to have a bedtime story, song, hug and kiss, with a night light on. Our youngest, who is 19 months old, likes to have a bedtime story, kiss and complete darkness with her glow worm.
