Basically, when you purchase $15 worth of the included General Mills items (see above) you will get a $5 off $5 Catalina – to take $5 off your next purchase that will be valid thru 2/28.
The promo states that there is a limit of 1 per transaction, (not per Vic card or per household) which I am assuming means that this is a rolling offer – I’ll let you know for sure once I test it out.
