PRODUCT REVIEW: APPLIED LABELS

A couple weeks ago, I received a great product to keep track of all of my girls clothes, books and toys, called Applied Labels. Not only are their labels dishwasher safe, but they are also washing machine safe too. So what does this mean? You can use their labels on clothing, shoes, bottles, plastic ware and more!

When you order from their company, you will receive a nicely sealed ziplock baggie (inside a box), a receipt of your order, an instruction page and of course your wonderful labels! For this review, I received labels with my girls name on them (separate), clothing backers (blank/white): these go in between the clothing & the label with the name on it; and, shoe shields (clear backers): you put the clear backer on top of a label inside of a shoe.

They also sell Baby Dates (366 mini removable date labels), Baby Tapes (avail. in 16 colors, dishwasher safe color-code tape), Classic Iron Ons (smaller version of Applied labels which you iron on to clothing like socks, undies, etc.), & Content labels (Formula/Breast Milk)

Applied Labels (TM) are extremely tough, ultra versatile and perfect for labeling: bottles , sippy cups, shoes, school supplies, gadgets, summer camp gear & all those little things that go to early childcare centers.

An idea I thought of was to label my girls books – we are always bringing our books to a friends house, and sometimes our friends have the same book. This would be perfect for teachers – I know I use to write my name in each of my books for my classroom library – and with these labels you could easily locate who owns the book. Very fast and easy to do!

The only color you can choose from is black ink. You can choose from 3 different types of Font: Cutie, Elegant, and Standard. Last, you have the option to use an icon which makes your ‘name’ two lines instead of one. I got the butterfly icon to go with Arwen’s name and the crown to go with Destin’s name.
