My Easy Sausage Cheese Balls Recipe:

Ingredients:
10 oz grated cheddar cheese (I use sharp)
1 Pound sausage
2 Cups Bisquick

Mix thoroughly – usually a “hands on” job and I slowly add in the cheese and bisquick as the more you add, the “stiffer” your mixture gets.

Form into dime sized balls

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until they begin to “Brown”

This makes a TON – great appetizer for a crowd!
