Now through January 15th, 2013, when you purchase one or two boxes of qualifying MamaMancini’s products and then mail the completed offer form found here, you can get a mail-in rebate!

Here’s how this offer works:

1. Purchase 1 or 2 boxes of MamaMancini’s Meatballs and Sauce at a participating Sam’s Club.
2. Print off this mail-in rebate form, and send to the designated address, along with the original dated sales receipt and the original UPC symbols from the qualifying product box(es).
3. Once you do this, you’ll be eligible for a $10 mail-in rebate when you purchase 2 Special Club Store 40 oz. packs of MamaMancini’s Meatballs and Sauce OR a $5 mail-in rebate when you purchase 1 Special Club Store 40 oz. packs of MamaMancini’s Meatballs and Sauce.
