It can also help kill bacteria on feet if you are affected by Athlete’s Foot. The People’s Pharmacy reviewed this method and said not only can Listerine help with foot fungus and jock itch. It can also help with dandruff!

Living La Vida Mommy explains on their site that Listerine can cure the common children’s case of lice. She says to soak the hair with Listerine for 30 minutes.  “Then rinse and begin the nit picking.  That’s where you have to literally go through your child’s head of hair, one strand at a time, inspecting for the bugs or the eggs.  It is time consuming, but necessary.  We had a nit comb from the previous infestation, but a flea comb would also work well.”

And last but not least, if you have a flea problem on your pets or in your home, Listerine comes to the rescue again! Just mix 1 part Listerine to 1 part water and let sit on your pet, rinse and repeat once a month, according to Stretcher.com.
