The DVD includes an on-camera discussion about healthy eating with renowned pediatrician Dr. Jay Gordon, plus a section of delightful outtakes.

My Thoughts
As a parent, and lover of many different kinds of foods…I am always looking for new ways to encourage my daughters to eat fruits and vegetables. What better way is there, then to see children {their age} eating foods that may not be a favorite? Not only will your little ones learn about how to eat the fruit/veggie – they will also learn vocabulary, reading skills and acceptance of being able to enjoy healthy foods. There were a few on that list that have not always been that tasty for me, but thanks to this video and with TWO sets of eyes watching…I am happy to say that bell peppers and broccoli are part of my diet.
This is definitely a video that I would recommend to parents, educators, and nutrition experts of all genres. It will encourage your children (and maybe even YOU) to try some new healthy snacks and find a way to encourage those little tummies to be filled with lots of colorful produce! My girls absolutely LOVE to watch this DVD daily – its fun, educational and encourages them to step outside their comfort zone.
