Couponing 101: Where to find coupons
If you are ready to take the plunge into coupons there are a few things that you have to do first, like finding coupons! I collect them in a variety of places and I typically start with the Sunday paper where you’ll find the mother load of coupons just for a few dollars. Buy the paper with the largest circulation in your area. Typically buying one paper per person in your family will get you a good start on collecting coupons. And don’t be afraid to ask family, friends and neighbors to give you their extra newspapers, these coupons will come in handy, I promise.
Check online sites that list online printable coupons, like Coupons.com and your favorites stores or brands.
Have you ever heard of a clipping service? These companies will clip your coupons for you and even send you more than one if you would like. Services like The Coupon Clippers or Klip2Save.
After you begin your coupon stock pile you’ll want to stash your coupons in envelopes, folders and binders. Arrange how you would like; sort by store, area of the grocery store, brand–whatever is easiest and most convenient for you.
