Summer is coming to an end, but one not make a few more delicious summer meals before we welcome autumn and the cooler weather that typically follows. Today, we have a super easy yet totally scrumptious recipe for crock pot berry cobbler! Although many people make cobbler in the summer, some enjoy the treat warm in the winter. Whenever you enjoy it, we think you will love this tasty recipe!
Crock Pot Berry Cobbler Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup of fat-free milk
- 2 tablespoon of canola oil
- ⅛ teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups of fresh raspberries
- 2 cups of fresh blueberries
- ½ tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 cup pf sugar
- ¼ cup of flour
Crock Pot Berry Cobbler Directions:
In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. In another small bowl, mix together the egg, fat-free milk, and canola oil. Whisk the ingredients together until they are completely blended. Then, add the egg mixture to the flour mixture. Stir it together until it becomes moist. Spread the combined mixture over the bottom of the crock pot. In another bowl, combine the sugar, 1/4 cup of flour, and salt. Then, add the raspberries, blueberries, and lemon juice. Stir gently to coat the raspberries and blueberries. Next, sprinkle all the blueberries and raspberries over the batter. Put your lid on the crock pot and cook for approximately 2 hour to 2.5 hours or until the batter is completely cooked through. Enjoy!
