I am a firm believer in trying something new, and hopefully after some time of following this diet I may be yelling about it from the rooftops! The diet doesn’t seem that absurd – de-stress, exercise moderately, eat three meals/day and at least one snack. One thing that really stood out among other diets was the consumption of legumes and dried beans – you don’t normally see those too often.
