Free Kids Summer Movie Programs

FREESUMMERFINDS

Not sure what to do this summer with the kiddos on break? Get out of the heat, or beat those rainy day blues with our list of FREE Kids Summer Movie Programs. There are several movie theaters throughout the country that offer several cheap or FREE movie deals (rated G or PG). Please check out our HUGE list below and find one close to you!

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Most of the movies are G or PG, but I would highly advise parents to review movies before attending. Not all movies are appropriate for all ages.
  • Most of these movies are already out on DVD, and probably collecting dust on a shelf at home.
  • Most shows will be offered in the morning or early afternoon, to leave the screens available for other movies later in the day.
  • Everyone loves FREE stuff! So if you’re planning to take the kids to a free or cheap showing, be sure to get there early. Many summer movie programs are run on a first-come, first-serve basis. Don’t miss out by showing up at the last minute.
  • Be prepared to pay regular prices for movie theater snacks, like popcorn and drinks. Although some may offer discounts, not all of them do. That is why I highly suggest bringing you own snacks from home 😀
