If you are like us, when you go to Target you always check out the end of the aisle clearance sections. You never know what discounted delights you will find there! We also like to hit up Target at the end of each season. You can get awesome holiday wrapping paper the day after Christmas for half (or more!) off the original price. They also have a variety of decorations and lights on sale then. Same with the end of summer, the end of the “back to school” season, and so forth. Halloween is no different.
