BBQ Chicken Pitas w/ Cheddar

BBQ Chicken Pitas Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 pita pockets (you can cut them in half if they are too large)
- 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of crumbled bleu cheese
- 1 tablespoon of green onions that have been chopped
- BBQ sauce to taste
BBQ Chicken Pitas Directions:
Grill the chicken for approximately 30 minutes. You can do do this in a pan or on a grill (such as a George Foreman grill). Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. After the chicken finishes cooking, chop it into bite-sized pieces. Put the equal portions of chicken, cheddar cheese and bleu cheese, barbeque sauce, and green onions on top of the pitas. Put the pitas in the oven on a tray for approximately 6 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese melts and turns a light golden brown color.
